We represent clients in the sale of a stake from A to Z, from finding an investor, negotiating the parameters and coordinating the accounting, tax and legal due diligence of the company. We also represent clients in the purchase of a stake, from locating the target company, negotiating the terms of entry according to specified parameters, providing due diligence on the company to post-acquisition process implementation.

Our Team

Daniel Konáš

Daniel Konáš has successfully managed M&A, corporate finance and restructuring projects in the Czech Republic since 2009. In addition to the Czech Republic, he has also worked in the UK in the management of a major international company.

He has been involved in successful restructurings in engineering and logistics. Daniel also has experience in the investment fund industry, where as an Investment Director and Associate Partner he acquired companies in the Czech Republic and EU countries. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics in Prague.

Miloš Procházka

As Managing Director, Miloš has successfully managed projects in the areas of acquisitions, strategic management and restructuring in the Czech Republic since 2010. He has more than ten years of management experience in M&A and private equity investments.

Milos is also routinely involved in strategic management on the supervisory boards of post-acquisition companies, helping new owners with the transition to new operations. Milos holds degrees in economics from Keio University in Tokyo and law from Charles University in Prague. He is fluent in Czech and English with a working knowledge of Spanish and Japanese.
